Promoter: The Move Better Project (TMBP)

Prize

The winning team will receive a Team Apparel Prize Pack, valued at over $500.00 AUD, which includes:

Team Apparel for All Six (6) Team Members

Custom Designed by TMBP:

  • Custom-designed team tops

Official TMBP Retail Apparel:

  • TMBP men’s training retail shorts

  • OR TMBP leggings / women’s shorts 

  • Team socks

All tops will be custom-designed. Bottoms are standard TMBP retail items. 

Eligibility

  • Entry is open to Australian residents only.
  • Entrants must be 18 years or older.
  • Employees, affiliates, or direct family members of TMBP are not eligible to enter.

    How to Enter

    • Entry instructions will be provided on TMBP’s official Instagram account.
    • Entrants must follow the stated entry process in full to be considered valid.
    • Incomplete or fraudulent entries will not be accepted.

      Key Dates

      • Entries close: 21 October 2025 at 11:59 PM AEST.
      • Winner drawn: 22 October 2025 at 6:00pm AEST.

        Winner Selection & Notification

        • The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries.
        • There will be one (1) winner only.
        • The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message within 48 hours of the draw.
        • If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, TMBP reserves the right to redraw the prize.

          Conditions

          • Standard custom order timelines apply for all custom tops. Production time is 2–4 weeks from the date the final design is submitted.
          • Each team is entitled to two (2) design changes at no cost. Any additional design changes will incur a fee.
          • The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
          • No refunds or exchanges will be provided for prize products.
          • The winner must follow all product care and usage instructions as provided.
          • No substitutions will be made, except at the promoter’s discretion.
          • The promoter’s decision is final and binding.
          • By entering, participants consent to their name and/or Instagram handle being published on TMBP’s social channels for winner announcement purposes.

            Legal

            • This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram.
            • By entering, entrants release Instagram of all responsibility.
            • The promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition at any time if circumstances arise outside of its control.

            Delivery / Shipping

            • Shipping is limited to addresses within Australia and will be shipped as one order.
            • The promoter is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments once dispatched.
            • The winner must provide accurate delivery information; incorrect addresses are the winner’s responsibility.

            Liability & Responsibility

            • This competition is conducted solely by The Move Better Project (TMBP).
            • DownUnder and any other prize suppliers are not the promoters and accept no responsibility for the administration of this competition, the drawing of the winner, or the fulfillment of prizes beyond the standard manufacturer warranties.
            • All inquiries regarding the competition should be directed to TMBP.
            • To the maximum extent permitted by law, the promoter accepts no liability for any loss, damage, injury, or claim resulting from participation in this competition or use of the prize.
